Large scale event delivery

CLIENT Siemens
SERVICE SECTOR Live Events

Large scale event delivery for one of the world’s most recognised brands. A biennial event sharing strategy and product knowledge with their EMEA teams.

It was really, really, really good: the place, the organisation, the content, the dynamic, people sharing experiences, all the breakout sessions...the event at night...all the ingredients were there to connect and network.
Delegate feedback
  • 190 sessions
  • 210 speakers
  • 1500 delegates from 30 countries
  • 8 exhibition stands
  • 24 Live streams

Primary were challenged to deliver a multifaceted staff engagement and training event to communicate the latest strategy messages and up to date products and service knowledge. A large element for consideration was ensuring ample time and opportunity for networking and building the internal teams.

We sourced the Barcelo Punta Umbria resort based on its accessible location and sustainable credentials for the 1500 delegates that were visiting from 30 countries around the world. This hotel was a perfect fit for our client due to their commitments to sustainability. We created a plastic free event, pool and rain water were recycled to water the gardens and olive pits were used for fuel – very fitting for our client’s commitment to becoming more sustainable.

The event design included maximising the use of both internal and external areas, providing opportunities for different styles of content delivery. Our event and exhibition production teams created an engaging space to present content rich plenary sessions. The gala dinner and Seville Fair evenings provided a relaxed networking environment, culminating in a curated branded drone show.

The Primary team further supported the 210 speakers with their content requirements including script writing, video creations, presentation design and programming. Supporting this, our exhibition team designed and built eight key content exhibition stands, promoting networking opportunities and further learning.
