This brief outlined the need to design a distinctive and consistent brand experience for Electrocomponents investors across all aspects of the event. The key factors for success were the quality of the communication process, the catering service, and the room atmosphere.
The first step was to find and book a suitable venue for the event, which was the East Wintergarden, a spectacular glass atrium in Canary Wharf. Our design teams then created immersive content that could be delivered throughout the event. Starting with a communication process that led to a VIP reception, where the guests enjoyed branded mocktails, custom-made serving trays with key strategic messages, and catering staff wearing branded clothing. The guests then attended a crafted company overview with a live Q and A session. After that, the guests explored four bespoke exhibition areas that showcased the four key areas of the business, with interactive touch screen content, presentations and video.
The event received positive feedback from the Investors and key stakeholders, who said it was one of the most impressive events they had ever attended. The event also generated a lot of interest in the newly rebranded RS Group.
