Nurturing a Decade-Long Partnership

For over a decade, we have partnered with Siemens Mobility, creatively supporting their vision to enhance rail systems and improve sustainability in the UK. From the initial concept to the recent Goole Rail Village Grand Opening, we have been entrusted with managing key events, overcoming challenges, and building trust every step of the way. Here’s how we contributed to a successful, long-lasting partnership.

2013 – Concept Launch

Siemens Mobility envisioned a new generation of London Underground trains that would enhance performance, sustainability, and customer experience. Having delivered previous successful projects for Siemens, we were selected to manage the concept launch event at the Crystal Building in London.

Event Highlights:

• A full-scale mock-up of the train to showcase the future vision.
• Created a compelling narrative by projection mapping onto the train, highlighting Siemens’ history and future innovations.
• Delivered full-service support, including event planning, production, front-of-house logistics, and content creation, ensuring a seamless experience that engaged both the audience and the press.

2018 – Site Plans Launch

As Siemens Mobility secured the contract to develop a state-of-the-art train manufacturing facility in the Northeast, they turned to us again to manage the launch of their groundbreaking site. With the site still under development, we faced numerous challenges, including managing highly sensitive information and navigating strict health and safety requirements.

Event Highlights:

• Designed a temporary structure and viewing platform to host the event at the construction site.
• Used drones and creative content to provide a captivating overview of the future facility and its potential impact on the region.
• Despite extreme weather conditions (enter the “Beast from the East”), we successfully managed logistics and event production to ensure a smooth launch.

Overcoming these obstacles further solidified our reputation as a reliable and adaptable partner for Siemens.

2024 – Goole Rail Village Launch

Fast forward six years, and Siemens’ Goole Rail Village is complete. Siemens tasked us with organising the national press launch, unveiling the site’s latest innovations and future funding initiatives.

Event Highlights:

• Planned and delivered the press event within an exceptionally tight two-week timeframe, coordinating VIP speakers, press, and Siemens’ global network.
• Managed a series of logistical challenges, from last-minute delays to broadcasting from a live production facility with strict health and safety protocols.
• Ensured compliance with national security and sensitive IP protection, while delivering a polished event that earned widespread praise.
